manhattan bike tour :)

on friday we went on a bike tour: brooklyn bridge, uptown by the water, central park up to 72nd street, west side bike path all the way to pier 17 and back to brooklyn over the brooklyn bridge :) we had a lot of fun! maybe a little tiring with that hot weather...

broadway show "CHICAGO"

i loved the show! very different from "phantom of the opera", "beauty and the beast" etc. - without all the glittering and sound effects, but i actually noticed the very good acting :)

6 flags great adventures

i spent my saturday at an amusement park in new jersey with lloyd. we had an incredible day, it was just amazing!

check out those rides
we went on batman, el torro, kingda ka, medusa, nitro, rolling thunder and finished with the cute chairoplane!

he took me to the kingda ka first, which i didn't notice first was the tallest & fastest roller coaster in the world and goes up and down vertically! i was so scared! but since it was also the fastest one, it took only 30 seconds and everything was over ;)

those guys made great music with trash cans and other recycling material. i loved their show!

the cheesecake curse

me, rajaa, nadjet and sylvia went out for dinner in the village on friday night. we all had a tiny quesadilla and when we were looking for cheesecake, we could't find any around... what a curse - cheesecake is so popular in nyc... anyway i enjoyed being with the girls :)
